1.County Grant for Historic Hanapepe Walking Tour must be expended by June 30, 2005. County will allow commitment of funds to suffice, but commitment must be written and final.

a)Building History paragraph /Enlarged photos to be mounted exterior with protective cover. See press release. Invoices for exact cost needed by June 30. -Dawn

b)Walking Tour/Coloring book Invoices with scope of services needed by June 30 Mark/Joanna

c)finalize any joint marketing – written invoices/agreements needed d)please submit any in-kind donations; Please submit/sign forms to demonstrate hours donated

2.Grand Opening DATE SET FOR Saturday, November 5 (Mayor Baptiste's date is open but we must confirm)
3.Beautification Update
4. Hanapepe Kiosk at Lihue Airport to include current business and a walking tour map display Buddy?
5.Hanapepe Website -- Carol Submissions to website & feedback/updates welcomed.
