Signature Form

Dear Hanapepe Business or Property Owner:

Hanapepe has many fine, historic buildings that deserve attention and many interesting stories and facts to share about the people and their unique history. Hanapepe Economic Alliance (HEA) has developed a Historic Hanapepe Walking Tour, including a map, that will bring acknowledgment and appreciation of our town's rich heritage.

HEA received a grant from the County of Kauai to aid in the costs of mounting interpretive plaques (about 22 inches x 28 inches, framed with photo and a paragraph of historical use) on twelve buildings. HEA would like your permission to consider your building.

You are invited to participate. Please fill in this form to have your building considered. If you have any questions, contact Joanna 335-5944 or Dawn Traina 335-3993. You may also contact project coordinator: Carol Bain 246-2111 bain@kauai.netor visit website: http://kauai.net/hanapepe/
